Join your local guide for a fascinating trip back in history as they share the story of Salem’s founding in 1626 by Puritans whose search for religious freedom ultimately ended in a wave of fear, suspicion, and anger that gripped Salem for one fateful year. Your tour will include stops at some of Salem’s most popular locations, and some secluded off-the-beaten-path locations that very few tourists get to experience. Along the way, your guide, an experienced storyteller, will recount details of the witchcraft hysteria & Salem’s unique dark history.

Our tour guide was amazing! She knew every detail (big and small) about the witch trials, she told us stories I wouldn’t have heard anywhere else, and she was hysterical! She gave us a bunch of good places to go for food and shopping which was helpful.

Awesome awesome AWESOME!!! Meeting up was a breeze. We had one extra person in my personal group that joined at the last minute, no ticket, and the tour guide said just pay in cash and she could hop on! And our tour guide - whose name I wish I could remember - was phenomenal. Extremely personable, funny/witty, informative, took the time to answer every question as informatively as possible, and was an all around pleasure. I cannot recommend this tour enough.
