Join your local guide for a fascinating trip back in history as they share the story of Salem’s founding in 1626 by Puritans whose search for religious freedom ultimately ended in a wave of fear, suspicion, and anger that gripped Salem for one fateful year. Your tour will include stops at some of Salem’s most popular locations, and some secluded off-the-beaten-path locations that very few tourists get to experience. Along the way, your guide, an experienced storyteller, will recount details of the witchcraft hysteria & Salem’s unique dark history.

I have been to Salem two other times and been on 6 tours. This was hands down the best tour I have been on. It had a little of everything, our tour guide was outgoing and funny. I will definitely be booking this tour again in the future.

The tour guide was knowledgeable and easy to talk with. She gave insightful information relative to the witch trials related to current landmarks. In addition she suggested local restaurants, stores and activities/locations to visit once the tour completed. She gave extra time for questions and was a delight to interact with.

Maria really knows her stuff! She made the entire experience so fun and knowledgeable about the history of Salem. Her bubbly energy was intoxicating and my group could not stop talking about how great our experience was!!! I highly recommend Maria!
