Excellent tour. Creepy and interesting! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave lots of fun facts and stories along the way.

Very personable and knowledgeable guide who is able to recount stories and history of the city in an engaging manner. The tour lasted approximately two hours and was well worth the money. If you have already visited the Salem Witch Museum, you will be familiar with many of the characters discussed. My two teenage daughters also really enjoyed it. I also did the same tour eight years previously and enjoyed it thoroughly then as well. Hopefully our next visit from the UK won't be another eight years in waiting!

We were only in Salem for one night and booked this tour prior to our arrival. This being our first visit to the city, we did not know what to expect. The fabric of the old city has been degraded due to redevelopment, graffiti and disrepair. Our tour with Spellbound Tours in the late evening helped to paint a picture of what the city once was and of the tragedy that shaped its future. No doubt this tragedy still haunts the city as the energy is reflected in the character of the surroundings. Our guide was a gifted storyteller well versed in history and the paranormal. Seeing the city through his stories left a lasting impression and was no doubt the highlight of our visit.
