We showed up for our 10:00 am tour this morning to find no tour bus or tour guide. We tried calling the number listed on the website and got no answer. We were also unable to leave a message as the voicemail was full. We are now out hundreds of dollars. This is an utter scam.

This is a great way to Troy New York Special if you have elderly or someone with limited abilities two small bus and you get on and off with your tour guide and always have the same seat. two of our folks didn't want to get off and walk through some of the places we stopped and they were allowed to stay on the bus with the driver why the guy took the rest of the bus Group through wherever we stopped. when we ride the Staten Island Ferry there is a bit of a walk from where we parked to the ferry but he walked the group slow and was very protective of our elderly person and said the group for our other person to walk slow to stay in pace with everyone else. Brooklyn Jim glasses name so very knowledgeable about New York shared some of his own family history told some funny stories how does a few New York phrases and how to do some things in New York full of great advice really enjoyed our 6 hour tour! Our driver did a good job also.

Booked Premium NY See It All and See the best.. Then received email saying See the best.was cancelled due to hot weather and promise refund. after numerous emails and phone call, Onboard Tour operator acknowledged received my calls and emails and said that the request for refund was submitted to Customer Service and he could not do anything more but to wait for Customer Service to action. there is no option to contact Customer Service direct. Now after a month I still wait for refund. Not sure if I will be refunded https://www.tripadvisor.com.au/ShowUserReviews-g60763-d2173651-r602021612-Big_Bus_New_York-New_York_City_New_York.html#
