What’s really scary is driving over 4 hours to get to Salem, booking this tour (rushing because they do warn you to “book in advance”) and having to look for parking in the area (not an easy task). Arriving a few mins late will not allow you to attend the tour and booking manager will not budge from keeping all your money. Very disappointed but it is what it is. Just want everyone to know about their super rigid policy. There are many other tours in the area so maybe wait till you are actually there, parked and ready to start before booking. You can shop around for other tours and go with one you like and can trust, just in case, you know, life happens.
