I gave someone in my party with a disability. They normally would have been able to do the tour but after being in Salem all day they could not continue. I made 3text attempts to reach them and one call through Trip Advisor. I was looking for information on either getting a wheelchair or a refund if none available. I am still waiting to hear from them. They have sent me surveys looking for a good review and we weren’t even there. They clearly didn’t care.

This was a great fun experience. Tour guide was very carasmatic. Different stops from the other tours. Fun to learn about the history behind the ghosts and who they were.
