our tour guide was good but they moved way too fast so we actually lost them about 20 minutes in to the tour so we gave up and left

The tour guide was a total dud. He didn’t. We could barely hear him. He wasn’t engaging. He didn’t even seem to know the material. He fumbled through the story’s. We tried to hang on but left after the 4th stop along with about 6 others. By this point we had already lost half the group. I’ve done quite a few viator tours in the past. Not just in Salem but all over. This one was a total bust. So bad in fact that I’d like a refund.

Not worth $60 for two people. It seemed like the tour guides first day. They seemed awkward with the narrative and the stories not that interesting. Hard to hear and not much emotion when speaking. Also should dress more the part.
