Our guide James was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We had an excellent experience. The mid-ride coffee stop was great timing and the pastries at Eva’s were amazing!

Way to go bringing your family out on a bike tour! We are always glad when we get younger folks under 18 out on bike tours, as it can be a good seed to plant in their minds for their own future travels. Thank you again!

The guide was a very nice guy, but very dissapointed with what we paid for what we received. The resevation says that they will not go without four people. It was only my wife and I . It said that all addmission charges were included, but we never went into anywhere. When the guide arrived, he gave us a plastic bottle of warm water. It said refreshments were included. There were none. $300 dollars was a waste of money. I felt the guide did the best he could but I would never do it again. Very disappointed.

That is very unfortunate, and we are sorry to hear that our tour didn't meet your expectations. We will make some changes that sound necessary. It does sound like you got a private tour for what you'd paid, which some may count as a pro instead of a con, but we thank you for your feedback.

Our family of 5 arrived in Salt Lake at 1pm after flying in from the Boston (flight was at 7am EST). So we were a bit tired but wanted to do an activity. This tour was just what we needed. The tour was at 5pm and lasted 2.5 hours. It might sound long, however the time flew by with such an engaging tour guide, James. He first brought us around Liberty Park to not only tell us the history of the park but to gage the biking ability of our group. So don’t fret whether you group has good or less biking skills, James will adjust to your collective level. James will take you through a loop of the city stopping at points of interests. His knowledge of the city is deep. He stops frequent enough to take a sip of water which is supplied and to catch your breathe. We never felt rushed…James knows his audience. We spent only one day in SLC and are glad we chose this activity. We learned things about the city that we never knew. If you were staying in SLC for an extended time, I recommend this tour first. From what you learn, it could certainly influence what activities you do in the following days. Thanks James and good luck the Summer!
