We enjoyed this tour very much. Our driver guide was very knowledgeable and informative. We enjoyed the stops, but felt a little rushed. The organ concert at the Tabernacle was fabulous! I would definitely recommend this tour for a good overview of Salt Lake City.

Thank you for sharing! We're delighted that you enjoyed the tour so much. The Tabernacle Organ is a very memorable experience, it's also one of the largest pipe organs in the world!

We really enjoyed this tour. Our guide was numerous and the tour was a great overview for seeing the city and deciding what we wanted to concentrate on. We really enjoyed the Organ concert and would have loved more time at the historical village.

We're pleased that you found the tour to be a great overview of Salt Lake City. It's the best FIRST thing to do when you get into town so you can discover those places you may want to return to if you have the time.

While our tour guide/bus driver was knowledgeable and entertaining, we were distracted by a toddler with parents who didn't seem to notice (or care) that their child was disrupting the full bus of adults who were trying to hear the driver's narrative. Why would a couple bring an infant and a toddler on a 3-hour bus tour, knowing that a child that young is not going to sit still or be interested in listening to narrative they couldn't understand?! Anyway, I wrote a review on the bus company's site letting them know that restricting children, say, 5 years old or younger, from going on this tour might prevent this happening to other unsuspecting patrons. While we certainly enjoyed hearing about the history of Salt Lake City and seeing the various places of interest, it was a bit spoiled by the loud toddler. Our favorite part of the tour was the Utah State Capitol, but we only had 20 minutes there, which wasn't nearly enough time to explore the gorgeous interiors of this magnificent structure; it was truly the highlight of the bus tour. At the end of the tour, the driver dropped us off at The Lion House for lunch, which also was GREAT (see my review of it under SLC restaurants"). Oh, and the toddler and her family were eating in an adjacent room to where we were eating, and she was "acting out" the entire time we were eating. One look at the parents told us that they were miserable. We opted to take the short walk back to our hotel rather than endure the "noise" on the bus again! BTW, we didn't hear a sound from the infant -- go figure!

Thank you for taking the time to create a review of your tour. We are very sorry to hear that your tour was disrupted by a small child. It's quite rare for young children to take our Ultimate Salt Lake City Tour + Tabernacle Organ Recital. Once our Trolley Adventure Tour season begins (May through October) we typically see all guests with children book that tour instead. As you visited us in the off-season and the Trolley Adventure wasn't running, the Ultimate SLC Tour was the only city tour this family had the option of taking. We do appreciate your comments!
