Dress code is smart casual. Shirt and shoes required on USS Arizona Memorial. No swimsuits. High heels, dresses and skirts not recommended.
Bags or articles that allow concealment are prohibited in the park. Nearby storage lockers are available for $6.00.
On rare occasions the Navy suspends boat operations to the USS Arizona Memorial. In such cases, you can still enjoy USS Arizona exhibits, film, the visitor's center and park monuments.
Due to the current capacity limitations at Pearl Harbor skip the line access may be impacted, we will communicate with you directly post booking with updates and critical information related to your chosen travel date.

What To Expect

USS Arizona Memorial

**Admission cannot be guaranteed Pearl Harbor is currently operating their boat shuttles in a modified and limited capacity due to dock damages. Under normal circumstances we do secure the tickets and reservation times for all of our tours, however, with the current situation we try our best to secure what we can daily. Our guides do make sure that all guests get to experience the USS Arizona, but on some days we have to use the standby line to make that happen.

Our guide was great. He told us some history about different places and pointed out things to see. The open top bus was amazing.

It was a sobering experience at the Arizona memorial. It's a good teaching time for those who don't know what WWII was about.

Very disappointed is the company and package they sold us. We booked a package to the Arizona in Pearl Harbor and were told that we had guaranteed seats and passes to the memorial. Turns out that not only did they not have the passes, the US Parks service NEVER guarantees passes and only issues a limited number more than 24 hours before the day of the pass. The tours group tried to play it off that it was a problem that the Navy had caused and implied that they had damaged a dock and that a recent hurricane made the matter worse. Turns out that the damage to the dock they said was the problem occurred in 2015 and was fixed long ago. Basically they lied to us and tried to charge us $200 for the shuttle ride to Pearl Harbor! Stay away!!!

We are also very disappointed with the current shortage. You are right that the dock issues have been going on for years, but they have not been fully repaired yet. I apologize for the misinformation you have received. I am sure it makes it much more frustrating than it should have been. Please accept our apology for this unsatisfactory experience.
