Dress code is smart casual. Shirt and shoes required on USS Arizona Memorial. No swimsuits. High heels, dresses and skirts not recommended.
Bags or articles that allow concealment are prohibited in the park. Nearby storage lockers are available for $6.00.
On rare occasions the Navy suspends boat operations to the USS Arizona Memorial. In such cases, you can still enjoy USS Arizona exhibits, film, the visitor's center and park monuments.
Due to the current capacity limitations at Pearl Harbor skip the line access may be impacted, we will communicate with you directly post booking with updates and critical information related to your chosen travel date.

What To Expect

USS Arizona Memorial

**Admission cannot be guaranteed Pearl Harbor is currently operating their boat shuttles in a modified and limited capacity due to dock damages. Under normal circumstances we do secure the tickets and reservation times for all of our tours, however, with the current situation we try our best to secure what we can daily. Our guides do make sure that all guests get to experience the USS Arizona, but on some days we have to use the standby line to make that happen.

4 hour wait for a ferry and little else to do. Better of catching an Uber to Pearl Harbor. Didn’t wait for the second bus so caught an Uber back.

That is so dissappointing. We really hate that some of our guests are having to wait in that line. We are so sorry you felt that you had to get a different ride back. We are doing our best to make sure guests do not have to utilize other transportation so we have guarenteed rides even if the guests take longer than their tour time. Thank you for taking the time to visit such an incredibly important piece of history. We know how important the USS Arizona is for many of our guests.

Our tour included tickets included to visit the USS Arizona. Less than 24 hours advance notice were given that due to dock damages, less boats were available to ferry is across to the Arizona and wait times would be around 3 hours- most of our tour time. Had we been given MORE than 24 hours advanced notice, we may have made different arrangements in regards to the tour and how to spend our time. In the end, our $ was spent for a trolley ride to/from Pearl harbor and could have been less $ had we found alternative transportation and could have had more flexibility do to more or wait in lines for the Arizona.

We were not able to go on ferry which was a huge disappointment. We could if we wanted to wait in 3/4 hour line. I thought by booking ahead that secured our tickets. They offered free trolly tix which was nice but we only had one day left. Also our bus driver was extremely long winded and boring. We tuned him out as we heard all we needed to hear on the way there and at the museum. We enjoyed history of Hawaii but his mono tone voice and dragging out of the story was painful.
