Dress code is smart casual. Shirt and shoes required on USS Arizona Memorial. No swimsuits. High heels, dresses and skirts not recommended.
Bags or articles that allow concealment are prohibited in the park. Nearby storage lockers are available for $6.00.
On rare occasions the Navy suspends boat operations to the USS Arizona Memorial. In such cases, you can still enjoy USS Arizona exhibits, film, the visitor's center and park monuments.
Due to the current capacity limitations at Pearl Harbor skip the line access may be impacted, we will communicate with you directly post booking with updates and critical information related to your chosen travel date.

What To Expect

USS Arizona Memorial

**Admission cannot be guaranteed Pearl Harbor is currently operating their boat shuttles in a modified and limited capacity due to dock damages. Under normal circumstances we do secure the tickets and reservation times for all of our tours, however, with the current situation we try our best to secure what we can daily. Our guides do make sure that all guests get to experience the USS Arizona, but on some days we have to use the standby line to make that happen.

We were so looking forward to visiting Pearl Harbor, and specifically eeing the USS Arizona. The day before the tour, we received a text message saying that although the tour included the USS Arizona, seeing it would not be guaranteed because they would not be pre-purchasing tickets and there would probably not be enough time to stand in line. So when we got there, we were given three hours to do as we wished. Well, the line for the Arizona was 2 hours long, it's an hour just to take the ferry there and back, leaving no time of the 3 hour allotment to do the only thing we wanted to do. They wouldn't substitute the submarine and the museum and gift shop took little time to walk through. Left with nothing to do, we just left. Took an Uber back. What should have been a memorable visit is a vacation disappointment. Nowhere near worth a good review nor the $100 they took for our tour. Oh, I should also mention it rains on and off in Hawaii, so the open bus they took us there on left us feeling and looking like wet rats.

Mahalo for your review. It sounds like you and your party had a really difficult day and for that we are so sorry. While I cant apologize for the rain, I can understand how it could make you feel uncomfortable. We wish we were able to have more control over the current USS Arizona ferry ticket shortage, but we are at the mercy of the US Navy and their rules and regulations. We hope you were still able to enjoy your time on this beautiful island.

Tour misrepresented. Ferry’s not running at full capacity. Thought we had SECURE reservations for Pearl Harbor/USS Arizona only to be informed the night before the tour that we would be on standby. It was too late to change the tour for something else. The standby line was longer than our allotted time at Pearl Harbor. Never got to visit the USS Arizona. Very disappointed with tour operator.

The ticket shortage has been something that has caused all the tour companies on Oahu to pivot and change the way they operate. We know this does not make it better, but we are genuinely sorry this affected your time here on Oahu and your trip to Pearl Harbor.
