Driver failed to pick-up me and my family at 4:00am as booked. I tried to confirm pick-up the day before via email (no answer). I called and texted your operations support group morning of (no answer). I waited 10 minutes and had to book an Uber.

Flying American Airlines out of SAT is easier with curb side check in, and dropping off the rental afterwards. TSA Pre-Check is wonderful, and all of the airport staff are friendly and helpful! I love this city, and am sorry I have to go home to snow!!
