Perry is an outstanding tour guide. Weā€™ve traveled throughout the world and the country and, by far, Perry was the best guide weā€™ve had. Very knowledgable, enthusiastic and passionate, he was like having Travel TV in person. If you want to do a tour of San Antonio Missions, very highly recommend Perry at Gray Line Tours.

We learned a lot of background on the how and why these missionaries were started by the Spanish. Also how the monks incorporated the Native American beliefs to Christianity so they would accept it. It was amazing to see the size and scope of the San Jose mission too. The amount of art work that was applied or painted on the church walls were of high interest.

Perry was a fantastic tour guide! He has a vast knowledge about the Missions and provided us with a very informative tour. You can tell that he is very passionate about the forts and the city. I booked this tour for a Sunday morning and luckily we were able to make it into Mission ConcepciĆ³n before the church service. You could drive yourself but you'd miss the history, background and things most people don't notice that Perry talked about and showed us on this tour.
