This was a great start to our trip! Perry is very knowledgeable and gave info that many tour guides would probably leave out, specifically the symbolism and significance of much of the artwork and such in addition to the history of each mission. He also gave us some great suggestions for other must-see places in San Antonio and even Fredericksburg. It was nice to take a tour with a guide who really is passionate about these missions and what they stand for. Would highly recommend!

The operator was friendly enough, but seemed to be either distracted or disinterested. He appeared to follow a mental script most of the time and provided very little topical information during the tour. In fact, he simply dropped us off and picked us up at the last two of four missions. There are no admission fees for the sites themselves, so for the most part, we just received a ride, not a tour.
