The concept of hopping off and or was really great. However the bus/tour guide did not stop talking about all the other cruises/tours that you offered. Was hoping to hear more about the history and information on San Antonio. The cruise guide was awesome he had a sense of humor and also knew lots of history about the riverwalk. Would recommend both tours just let the drivers know that we are there to learn about San Antonio not about the ferry boats and tours :(

On our first day we rode the bus around the entire circuit, and then we did the river cruise. It was a very enjoyable way to get acclimated to the area. We used the three-day pass to hop-on/ hop-off the bus to return to places that interested us. All of the drivers/guides were good, but we were lucky enough to get "The Great WC Calhoun" on our first ride. He is truly an entertainer! We highly recommend this for first-time visitors.
