The bus drivers were well informed and mentioned all the good restaurants around the tour to visit. We originally purchased this just for the boat trip. (Which you can get from Rio, for $13.50 each. ) We rode the bus for one loop, and had caught it too late in the day to hop off. Would recommend you ride it earlier in the afternoon so you can hop off at the Pearl stop and the Historical Market. We heard both were fun places to visit. The boat trip was fun and relaxing. A good way to start out, so you can figure out where you want to visit on the river. They did not scan our tic ket the first time, so we hopped on at the end of the day for a night ride. Learned new things, so it was fun that the drivers don't follow a script.

It's a nice way to see parts of the city, the bus drivers needed to circumnavigate numerous construction closures so the route changes a little. Tour information is good, some drivers better than others of course. The boat portion is not hop on/hop off--ticket is good for one loop of the River Walk. Overall a fair value, but not a bargain.
