Wow. What can be said about this incredible attraction? Much! This is one of the best family activities I have seen in a long time. This zoo is so well done and beautiful that photos can hardly capture it. The number of things to see is way more than anyone would expect. There is also a little train ride just outside the Zoo that takes people on a little tour of that local area. Like many other attractions, things like admission and food are a little spendy. But then think what it takes to maintain such incredible facilities for the massive amount of displays, animals, reptiles, birds & fish and it's totally understandable and appreciated. This is an attraction that a person can not get tired of and will want to return to! Thanks for an amazing day!

The zoo had an unusually large number of different birds, which my daughter very much enjoyed. She is an exotic animal vet student. There was some significant construction and we were unable to view the rhinos, but expansion and improvement are understandably necessary. The concession lines seemed to move very slowly, but unsure why...

My husband and I spent two hours walking around the San Antonio Zoo. We were impressed by its size and the number of animals and exhibits! Not San Diego by any means, but a great place to spend a few hours and entertain the kids. The giraffes, zebras, and hippos were our favorites.
