They crashed the boat and just asked us to leave before our tour finished and didn’t offer any refund. We took a cruise on the Marietta as a family on Mother’s Day. We enjoyed the cruise part and had a good tour guide. The part we were not happy with was we paid for the two hour cruise that stops back at the dock in between. As we pulled up to the dock, they told us hold on and then crashed into the dock and crushed a smaller cruise ship. We also swiped the larger vessel on the other side. They blamed it on mechanical issues. Someone could have been injured or killed. I had my two young kids and pregnant wife. They just told us all to get off before finishing the 2nd part of the cruise. They mentioned nothing about getting our money back for the second part. We had to ask for a refund. Rather than meeting us as we got off to make things right they told us we had to go wait in line at the ticket booth. Then after waiting at the ticket booth they said we had to go through Viator since that’s where we booked the ticket. This became a big hassle for my Mother who booked the ticket. Viator only refunded her $31 of the over $200 dollars that was spent. My Mom got the credit card company give back the money for the 2nd part of the cruise we did not finish after filing a dispute her credit card. We are very disappointed that Flagship Cruises has done nothing to apologize or make things right after jeopardizing our safety and not allowing us to finish the cruise we paid for.

Cruise was canceled at the last minute. Two hours later I received a text saying it was canceled. Lost my business for good.

Seeing, and getting information on a variety of Navy vessels. Our guide Max did a great job. The boat was clean and comfortable.
