I booked weeks in advance for a boat that holds 15 people and my group was 13 people. They waited until 18 hours before the event to tell me via text they "regretted" cancelling our trip. Weather was not an issue, and no other explanation was offered. I was forced to do a last minute charter on a different 150 passenger ship that didn't support the intimate environment I had hoped to achieve. The second booking cost us 50% more and -- get this -- I was subject to an absolutely infuriating lecture of how my purchase was not cancellable....even though they hold themselves to a VERY different standard. Several guest members (including us, the hosts) had driven 8-10 hours to attend this event, so the last minute cancellation and lack of a back up offer was horrible service. The lecture on my inability to cancel was the cherry on top. Don't trust this firm to treat you fairly. Their reliability is non-existent.

We weren't able to make our original reservation time as we were not able to find parking in time but the ladies at the booth were able to accommodate us so that we could still attend the cruise. There was a bar and the two gentlemen that were serving were polite and quick to get our orders. The tour guide was great and very knowledgeable. We had a fun experience and would definitely come back again.

Great experience. Perfect weather, beautiful sights with an incredibly knowledgeable host narrating the entire 2-hour trip. Learned a lot about the San Diego port area and had a great time. Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area.
