Took my grandchildren and Grand nieces on this one hour North Harbor Cruise. The Highlight for them was seeing sea lions and the Navy ships and airplanes. For me it was cool ocean breezes and the Fantastic views of downtown San Diego and all the boats traveling in the bay. The railings were too high for my kids to see over so they had to be lifted up. It would have been nice to have a 6 to 12 in Step available so they could see over the railing without having to be held.
