The trip was canceled! we were so disappointed. We were offered the next day but we really had plans for Saturday.

Sorry the trip was canceled, we offered you to reschedule for the next day, you agreed to do the tour the next day, and then you canceled on us less than 24h refund and we still did process your full refund. You were also aware that the tour could get canceled, as It’s mentioned in your reservation that if we don’t get the minimum passenger required the tour will get canceled.
