My family couldn’t get on the tour because we arrive 15 minutes before departure. Our seats were already sold to another group. Check in time is recommended 30 minutes before. So we were late for the check in yes, but 15 minutes before departure.
So I decided to expend the rest if the day watching the operations. I saw that this situation was happening over and over in every single departure. The booth people was sealing the seats 15-20 minutes before departure time, leaving the rightful owner if the seat without a space on the tour.
I come back the next day, and guess what !, the same escenario.
So this people is double deeping or something is wrong with the system.
They should sell the seats for no show after the departure time, not before it will take only 5 minutes. That way they have a legal right to re sale the tickets !

All of our tickets and our website information provides the guest with the following information.
Reservation now confirmed for date and time with Ticket purchase. Guests must check in with our Sales Rep at the ticket booth 30 minutes prior to departure. FIRST TO CHECK IN- FIRST TO BOARD! Guests are advised to arrive 1 hour early before departure time during busy season. Late check-in may result in forfeited reserved seat.
This policy is similar to other transportation venues, for example the airlines.
We can reschedule your tour for another date or we can issue your vouchers for another tour.
