Our trips depart from Mission Bay, which requires only a short 10 minute journey access to the open ocean where whales and dolphins can be seen! The search for whales and other animals begins as soon as you depart the dock and our marine biologists are on the microphone explaining exactly what to expect and what you are seeing from the get go!

We went for the first time this year, while on vacation. We took the morning cruise, which I highly recommend over the afternoon tour. The staff were friendly, Biologist was there to inform us when she spotted any Dolphins or Whales. It was relaxing and exciting at the same time. We look forward to taking another Whale watching cruise next year.

While we did not see any whales on our trip, we saw tons of dolphins and other sea life. The crew was so knowledgeable and very helpful. We will definitely go back next time we are in SD. I would take a jacket or sweatshirt- it gets cold out there!

This was my first whale watch tour and even though we did not see whales we totally enjoyed watching the dolphins it was so much fun & exciting to me I loved it we plan on returning at another time hoping to see whales this time the staff was very supportive to the handicap I was very empressed by them thank you very much for my wonderful experience 🌹🌹🌹🌹
