Our trips depart from Mission Bay, which requires only a short 10 minute journey access to the open ocean where whales and dolphins can be seen! The search for whales and other animals begins as soon as you depart the dock and our marine biologists are on the microphone explaining exactly what to expect and what you are seeing from the get go!

Take your jacks and beanies it gets cold , and bring your cameras for amazing pictures of the sea life you encounter

We had a great time! The best whale watching trip so far. We booked the small 6-person trip. Both of our guides were excellent. Our captain drive the boat with great skill. He chased that grey whale until we saw it rise from the water. We could get closer with the smaller boat, and I got some great photos. It was the end of the season, and although we looked for another whale, we didn’t see one. We saw some dolphins, and some interesting birds. Our naturalist Ryan was friendly, informative and obviously knowledgeable. The whole trip was completely fun. We would do it again in a heartbeat.

It was a relaxing and nice experience. We went on valentines day and spotted to different whales. The dolphins were swimming along side the boat and it was a good time. Definitely go when it's peak season for whales.
