We received extensive information. What I missed, however, was a more detailed map to help us better estimate the routes to the stops.

A terrible experience, they lied to us from the beginning to sell, we bought the 24-hour ticket at noon and they told us that we could use the The next day even after midnight had passed at noon without problems, they also told us that every half hour they pass a bus through the stops and it takes 45 minutes, it's a lie!! They do not have a guide who speaks Spanish and they did not want to refund our money when we made the claim. They were unkind and intransigent.

A pretty steep price (but that's always the case), but worth every penny! Including the Golden Gate Bridge... I can only recommend it... Take warm clothes with you! It was freezing cold!!!
