Booked airport transfer in advance. Used this company before for an excursion and had a great experience so I had high hopes. Shuttle never showed. I called customer service and had to leave a voicemail. No return call. Found a chat option, agent said they would EMAIL operator and then send me an EMAIL update after she said she tried to call the operator. Waiting 45 minutes and no response! Requested a refund and that is still pending. Needless to say I called an Uber. I would normally Uber but this was 11PM and I was by myself and was a little nervous getting in an Uber in a city I was not familiar with. Won’t use this service ever again and I am sure I will be fighting for a refund.
