For those looking for a unique wine experience beyond the crowded commercial wineries and tasting rooms, this is your tour. Sustainable Wine Tours provides guests exclusive access to only Santa Barbara’s ultra small production private estates, vineyards and wineries not open to the general public.

SHARED/ GROUP WINE TOUR: Tour is small and personal with only a maximum of six to seven guests per tour in our luxury Mercedes Coach.

Taste premium wines and tour the vineyards and barrel rooms often with the owners and winemakers themselves.

Steven made this a great experience. This was the best part of my trip to the Santa Ynez valley. The wines were superb; the private wineries were gracious hosts; the scenery was phenomenal. Our guide, Steven, took care of all the details! This is a definite must for anyone visiting the area!

I organized a group for this special tour for my 40th birthday. Scott and his team were incredible and accommodating from start to finish. They provide access to beautiful estates and wineries I had never visited before . As a Santa Barbara County resident and wine enthusiast, I learned a lot about some special vineyards, all while enjoying the experience with my closest friends. I recommend Scott and his tour highly to anyone interested in exploring SB wine country!

An amazing wine tour through the hills and valleys of Santa Barbara wine region. We do a lot of wine tours in NA and Europe however this one was special. We learned so much about the wine in this region (very unique setting for amazing wines to be produced), and our host and guide Steve was the highlight of the entire tour. Steve was passionate about sustainable wine production, very educated, and easy and fun to talk to. Not a stuck up wine tour guide! His recommendations for dinner and the area were also welcomed and we couldn't be happier. The vineyards selected on our day were different than others. They mix it up so its a surprise. I would love to have done a private tour now knowing the overall experience. Keep up the good work Steve and Scott!
