Our guide Victor has a deep knowledge of Santa Fe and New Mexico history. He dramatized historical conversations to make these stories come alive. He answered every question we posed over a 3 hour walk. He had great suggestions for additional activities for us.

We were in Fes for two full days as part of a 3 week tour of Morocco. Rachid Benkirane was our guide for our all day walking tour around the Medina. As background, he was raised in Fes and is passionate about sharing the history of his city and providing rich historical and cultural contexts. HIs English was excellent! He walked us through the Jewish quarter and local markets where he greeted people, explained activities and things I would have definitely missed. (Like the giant fresh camel's head hanging above us, ready for cooking!) We also visited a ceramics factory and the leather dyeing factory (be prepared for the smell, seriously). Both are not to be missed! He escorted us into each and introduced us to the respective company guides who gave us the detailed tour. Rachid asked all our questions in detail, never pressured us to buy anything, and waited patiently while we visited with shop keepers or local factory workers. I would highly recommend Rachid!

We were very pleased with our guide, Victor Romero, who was pleasant and informative. He introduced us to your beautiful city, touching on history, architecture, and even the irrigation system. We also enjoyed visiting the churches and monuments. We would highly recommend him. Brenda and Ian
