I just had the true pleasure of a journey through the Bonaventure Cemetary with Shannon Scott. His passion for Savannah, this cemetary and history combine into an evening I won't soon forget!

We took the morning tour of Bonaventure Cemetery with Shannon Scott and learned so much about the cemetery and Savannah. Shannon is an excellent speaker, historian, storyteller and went into great detail regarding many of the gravesites which proved to be extremely interesting. Shannon's tour is not only a treat a treat for those visiting Savannah but Shannon is also a treat for the City of Savannah with his endeavors to research uncovered Savannah history before it is lost forever. We highly recommend this to everyone. Don't leave Savannah without taking this tour! My only recommendation is just a reminder to wear insect repellant as the shade and humidity bring out the bugs during the day as well.

I really enjoyed this tour. Not bad of a walk across gorgeous Bonaventure cemetery, learned some very interesting facts about Savannah as a whole. I would recommend this tour with the wonderful host Shannon Scott to any tourist, new comer or local of Savannah.
