So here's the brass tax: Katie don't mess around. Not that she doesn't like to have fun, because she totally does. And she knows this stuff so well that she's able to be relaxed and friendly while she walks sideways and backwards down the sidewalks of Savannah leading your tour. But her main asset, in my opinion, is how true she is to the facts. Katie is a true historian. She doesn't sensationalize or take liberties with the more exciting/popular aspects of the town's tales. AKA ghost stories and sex scandals, etc. She tells it like it is. And I, for one, truly appreciate the honesty and rigor with which she adheres to the histories and traditions, as they really were, and are. Enjoy!

KTO's tour is a must-do in Savannah. She is a knowledgable and passionate host and touches on the cultural history of the city that isn't mentioned at all in the ghost tours. If you are looking for a tour with a real Savannahnian, her's is the tour to take. We had an informative and fun time walking the streets of historic Savannah all the while learning the reasons that Savannah is referred to as one of the most European of US cities.

Kt is a Savannah native who really seems to know her stuff! She has an insane wealth of knowledge that she loves to share about ever corner you turn! KT was very accommodating to the groups interests and was sure to answer all of our questions. It was quite obvious that KT genuinely cares about the city of Savannah and the guests that travel to see this beautiful city, as evidenced by her enthusiasm and willingness to educate others!
