We had not seen the movie or read the book but we knew a little about the event and how it became such a huge part of Savannah’s history. To hear it from our tour guide, Leroy, was amazing. He was so knowledgeable about so much history in Savannah that he shared. We would highly recommend this tour to any history buffs or anyone that wants to get a little knowledge of the town.
