We loved the small tour and walking around at night in the historic district. Karen was great at starting the tour story and using the knowledge we already had, and building on that with her own spin. She also fixed my purse/zipper issue which was a bonus.

There was no experience the person to lead never showed up. I have to go out of my way now making calls or emails trying to get my money back
