If I could leave a triple 000, I would. Brad is the rudess. If you going to talk this take it with another tour co, nor revelry through viator.
Brad called sat evening less than 24 hrs before tour and while we were out to dinner. Brad Said guide missed his flight and to reschedule for Monday. I didn't think it would be a problem but when we got back we realized we were booked for another tour. I texted Brad, he kept texting me how I am making mistake canceling, yatta yatta, and how people are rude. I I was pleasure but said please issue refund. He think seems annoyed again not sure what his issue was but he was not happy we cancelled. Never received instructions for refund. I im message viator, still nothing , fast forward it thurday still no refund, I I gave a dissapointed reviews because they charged my charged my but gave no other info. I contacted my credit card co. And left a review on viator. He messaged me today about refund taking 3-5 days and cLling me names. Very unprofessional. I will a review everywhere alerting travelers to ga of his ignorant. If you msg me I will share his text to me with you. Please go with someone else. It showed up cancelled by him initially, and denied he cancelled tour. No confirmed rescheduled tour was ever recieved so then I concluded due to being inconvenience. This tour was $90.00
