The first few moments before the tour started, I thought things were going to go well. Then as soon as the tour guide began telling stories it quickly became obvious that this white man was a racist and a bigot. He used uncomfortable language to describe the BIPOC people in his stories. He used outdated and racist terms to describe the black characters of his story. He even went on a rant about how white people were slaves too and people donā€™t care. He even sad that he didnā€™t care he was politically incorrect and that he wasnā€™t going to stop what he was saying. We left the tour 30 minutes in.

This is completely unacceptable and we as a company do not tolerate any sort of outdated or racist terminology. Our tours are heavily scripted, and the guide going off-script for his personal opinion is something we will have to confront immediately. Please contact our customer support team directly to discuss this further. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

This tour was AMAZING! First and foremost, it was the perfect length, and the number of stops didnā€™t feel like we were shorted nor did it drag on like some tours can do. The group size was conducive to hearing well and seeing all the sights, and our host (Alex?) was animated, fun, and passionate. The curated selection of spooky stops made for a fascinating and super interesting night. I also appreciated that our guide wore a mask.

Good history and a great guide. The parks look great at night. Other then the cold temps it was a real good time.
