I must state up front, the reason for a 4 star as opposed to a 5 star review has nothing to do with our host, Jose. He was definitely a 5/5. Knowledgeable, personable and happy to provide customized recommendations based on our preferences. The slightly disappointing part of the tour were the wines. For the price of the tour, I would have expected better. Pours were a little skimpy, for example the Prosecco served was not even 1/2 of a champagne flute (so maybe 3 oz). Another place we visited has some very high quality wines (had previously been at the establishment for a wine tasting). Instead of the higher end wines we got their standard fare - it was good but not great. Food was great. Again host was awesome.

It was well worth it. The food and wine pairings were perfect. Peter, our guide, was very knowledgeable of Santa Fe. We would do it again.
