The food was all fantastic! I recommend fasting beforehand because it was so good, but so filling. Our guide, Blake, was very knowledgeable and entertaining!

This tour was definitely a highlight during our trip to Charleston! Karen Dixie was an excellent tour guide. She was very knowledgeable about the history of Charleston and low country cuisine. We were very impressed by the amount of food we sampled on this tour. Each portion was rather generous. We sampled foods from the following locations: Handy & Hot, River Street Candy, The Spice & Tea Exchange, Oyster House, and Poogan’s Smokehouse. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious! If you want to sample a variety of low country cuisine, this is the perfect tour for you!

Excellent tour our guide Faith made the experience even better. She describes the history of Charleston as well as the history of the foods we tasted. We stopped at five places to taste food non-alcoholic beverages were included at three of the places alcoholic beverages at your own expense will definitely do it again the next time we’re in Charleston
