Enjoyed the variety of food presented and the portion size. Recommend doing the 10 AM tour since this was more than a lunch replacement and otherwise you would have to give up a dinner out. Enjoyed grits, jumbalaya, pork sliders, some type of fritter with pimento cheese inside, she crab soup, fried green tomato and more. Cathy was a great guide who knew a lot about the history of the area. We have done food tours in New Orleans and Miami and this one was right up there.

Overall we enjoyed the Sunday afternoon Savor the Flavors walking tour. Andrew, our guide, was knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed the food at the three restaurants that we stopped at. Definitely recommend the Noisy Oyster and Lowcountry Bistro. The but....we stopped at two food-based shops. A candy shop and a franchised spice/tea shop. Admittedly pralines at the candy shop are a southern thing. (I think there is some debate about which city claims they originated.) And tea is grown at a plantation in the Charleston region. However, these mostly amounted to a soft sales pitch. No thanks. Didn't expect this and recommend they replace these two stops with a 4th restaurant stop.

Franny bought enthusiasm and knowledge and wrapped it in a bundle of fun. Catering to a range of people in our group Franny made the day. The food was fantastic and the torrential downpour that occurred in the middle of our tour became an adventure not a disturbance. Well done Franny
