Getting the online link to begin playing was incredibly difficult. I can't understand why the link couldn't have been sent with the confirmation email or text when the charge was processed. Having to use the provided link to the order webpage, select the desired game, fill in the order form with the provided payment code, wait for another text or email with the link to start playing. What a hassle!! I tried calling because I didn't understand why I needed to place another order and no one was available to answer on a Saturday afternoon. The game once started was fun. Too bad it was so frustrating at the start. I'm sure you can do much better.

Hi Jackie, I wish the game link could be provided directly with purchase too but this is a third party and they don't provide that opportunity for us. We tried to make the redemption instructions easy to follow. We also sent a text with the instructions and ultimately DID send you the game link directly. We called you back within minutes but you didn't pick up. I'm sorry you were so frustrated by the experience. We were happy to help.

Ashland is so beautiful but me and my friend struggled with finding things to do. This little scavenger hunt was an adorable and easy way to see the town :). It wasn’t to difficult to walk around the only bad part was the air quality was bad cause of the fires so Definetely check that before booking a walking tour. But it was honestly very fun.

We’ve been to Ashland many times but this is the first time we’ve done a scavenger hunt. It was great!! We went to places we hadn’t before and learned some history about the place. It was a great way to see the town and get some exercise in.
