Your adventure begins with our first experience at the Kingman Powerhouse Visitors Center/Route 66 & Electric Vehicle Museums. The Route 66/Electric Vehicle Museum is in Kingman’s Historic Powerhouse and depicts the historical evolution of travel along the 35th parallel that became Route 66. Brilliant murals, photos and life-size dioramas capture each of the groups that have traveled what came to be known as the Mother Road.

Welcome to the newest vineyard in Kingman, Arizona. Located on Winery Row, Little Old Wine Drinkers Winery is starting from scratch (bare Earth), breaking the soil, planting vines, harvesting grapes, creating delicious wines, and delivering them to you in bottles for your enjoyment. That is why we say, From Earth to Bottle, because we have been a part of the entire process.

Touring Route 66 Museum and Wine Tasting…Robert Walton was our guide and he was very professional. He gave us the history of Laughlin and surrounding areas. Enjoyed the ride down Route 66, it was our own private tour…lunch was excellent. I will definitely use his services again as well as refer friends for future trips in surrounding points of interest.

Beware if you are taking this tour from a Vegas hotel, it is a two hour drive to get there and two hours back. The museum was fair. The wineries were ok and loved the beer stop. Our tour guide was good.

Thank you for taking your time to write a review. We are pleased to hear that you appreciate the tour guide and the tour experience overall. When we pick up our guests from Las Vegas it does add between 3-4 hours depending on the chosen tour. Our unique tours include destinations that cannot be found in Las Vegas, such as the tour you chose, our Grand Canyon West/Skywalk, the Grand Canyon Caverns, Horseback Riding at the Grand Canyon Western Ranch and our unique Historic Route 66 tour destinations. We do let our guests know the travel time involved when we call to confirm with them, and give an estimated return time so that they can plan their evenings.

Out tour was fantastic! Chantal was a great tour guide and we loved every minute of it. There were a couple of unexpected turn of events (venues being closed), but she smoothed them out and still made it an enjoyable experience. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of wine at the wineries we visited.

So glad to hear you enjoyed your tour and that Chantell made it special for you!. The Route 66 Desert Wineries do indeed have quality wines, which might surprise some due to being desert grown. The desert is full of wonders! Thank you for choosing Desert Wonder Tours!
