Welcome Aboard Schooner Lazy Jack in Boothbay Harbor; your Maine Vacation starts here! Join the Schooner crew for a 2hr. day sail on Boothbay Harbor’s oldest windjammer. Help hoist sails or take a turn at the wheel as we set a course out past Burnt Island Light, Squirrel Island, Ram Island Light and the outer islands of Boothbay. Had a great 2 hour tour on the Apple Jack schooner. Captain Katie kept us entertained with great stories and tales. The weather was perfect and even saw a loon and a seal. Highly recommended!

Great tour and fun sailing aboard the Apple Jack. Crew did a fantastic job setting the sails and navigating us out to the lighthouse and back. Great information about sailing on schooners and the history and fun stories about Boothbay Harbor. Saw some seals and the porpoise swam along side us.

We booked our sail weeks in advance not knowing what the weather would be like. It ended up to be a beautiful day for a sail!! Katie and Simon were friendly and conversational and pointed out eagles, osprey and cormorants as well as told us the interesting history of Applejack and taught us about the sails rigging system. The whole experience was fun, beautiful and informative. We also got to meet Sean, the owner of the boat, who was so fun to talk to and quickly became a good friend. A great time was had by all!!
