Very fast and thrilling, hour long, worth the money. Great captain with a fun personality! We also felt very safe, he knew what he was doing.

We received confirmation of our morning ride, drove there to find out it had been cancelled because a member of their staff called out and the boat has to have 2 staff to run. We were offered a later ride but declined as we had a schedule of other events already booked. We were assured we would get a full refund. Several days later when I messaged to ask when to expect my refund I was told the boat went out as planned that morning so there would not be a refund. After several messages back and forth the outcome remains it has been 2 months and I’m out over $100.
