Being a native Floridian I had never seen anything quite like this. going into the depths of the river and creeks along the St Johns was amazing. Most boats can't get back there due to the swampy and shallow waters. Sea Serpent is an airboat that has the ability to take you to places you have never been. if you are looking for a day on the water with family or friends, to show off Florida at its finest to out of state visitors or just love nature, then this is the tour for you. Captain Mike and his crew are amazing. Very knowledgeable with the wildlife and vegetation, very professional and super fun personality. thank you so much Captain Mike for a great day on the river. If you go, make sure you bring your camera... You'll regret it if you don't have it.

This past weekend my family and I joined some friends on Capt Mike's Sea Serpent airboat for a tour along the St Johns River and some of the adjoining creeks. During the 90 minute tour, we saw an assortment of birds, a few baby alligators and some turtles. This was a great family outing. Captain Mike was extremely friendly, informative and patient - particularly with our uncooperative 4 year old who initially resisted wearing the earmuffs. On a related topic, the Sea Serpent is a very comfortable vessel. It is likely to change your perception of how an airboat sounds (much quieter than I expected) and rides (very smooth). All in all, a great trip that I highly recommend. I'm looking forward to touring with Capt Mike again, soon.
