Overview

Get acquainted with Seattle's historic waterfront from the water side of the wharf on this fully narrated cruise of Elliott Bay and Seattle Harbor. This cruise follows the shoreline and provides up-close views of the piers, ports and area attractions. There are plenty of interesting features around the bay: the Port of Seattle (one of the busiest ports in the United States), Colman Dock (the main dock of the largest ferry system in the US), and Pier 90 (home of the region's cruise ship business), Alki Beach (major local summertime hangout), the Space Needle, the famous Hotel Edgewater, the Great Wheel and the Seattle Aquarium. Last but not least, enjoy tremendous views of the natural beauty that surrounds Seattle. The majestic Olympic Mountains lie to the west, solitary Mount Rainier to the southeast, and the inviting Cascade Range to the east.

We finally took a ride on the Argosy Harbor Cruise and it was fun and amazing. We Learned Stuff!! We got up close and personal with those HUGE CONTAINER SHIPS, and learned facts about Seattle we did not know. The entire crew was smiling, pleasant and friendly besides knowledgeable! Thanks for a Great Time Argosy!!

This is a great boat tour. Great staff , Great views, You can see the space needle unobstructed. Smooth ride and the young man new his history. See Seattle by boat , then see it by air. the space needle and then take the momorail to pikes market , what a three days. Oh they have an open bar on the boat and snacks . What a great day.

Maybe it’s based on past feedback that this is lacking, but I’d love to hear more history on this cruise. They spent a lot of time in the shipping terminal that might could have been used to go further out to get in more information. The cruise itself, logistically, is fine. It was completely full, though, which meant if you didn’t get on first, you were stuck standing or, under deck - where you see less. I’d recommend the locks cruise over this one, just from what we were told. Based on the fact it was sold out our whole time here, it’s likely the better one.
