Cancelled my tour only a few hours before it was to take place. I reserved over ten days prior. When I asked for a refund they responded by asking me to reschedule. When I said that I could not, again asking for a full refund, they didn’t respond. I understand that issues arise in the case of the cancellation - but the lack of communication bothers me. Don’t ghost me (haha) when I ask for a refund please.
