Not spooky or ghostly at all if your looking for a thrill don't do it. It is more of a history tour.

Our guide was fantastic (Christine). She was very knowledgeable and even gave us an extra bonus tour at the end despite the pouring rain. The tour is very informational but not overly exciting.
