What To Expect
1
Waimanalo Beach
Waimanalo Bay Beach Park & Recreation Area is one place rarely visited by tourists, that has one of the Oahu Beaches that will leave you in awe of the fact that you had no idea it existed in Oahu.
2
Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve
ormed within a volcanic cone, today Hanauma Bay offers a pristine marine ecosystem after the City and County of Honolulu laid out a plan in 1990 to restore the “curved bay,” after years of use from the millions of visitors who visit and love to snorkel Hanauma Bay. Voted the Best Beach in the United States for 2016 our volunteers have a booth located on the beach level to help visitors learn about conservation of the reef and the types of fish that live there.
3
Halona Blowhole
The Hālona Blowhole is one of Hawai‘i’s natural wonders, created thousands of years ago when molten lava tubes were formed from volcanic eruptions. There aren’t any active volcanoes on O‘ahu anymore, but the blowhole remains a must-see scenic stop.
4
Lanai lookout
Lanai Lookout is located on Oahu's southeast shore right on Kalanianaole Highway. It is one of three main roadside lookout points on this scenic stretch of coastline
5
Makapu'u Heiau
On the eastern most point of Oahu sits the Makapuu Point Lighthouse, a shining beacon built in 1909 on a 600-foot sea cliff overlooking Makapuu Beach—a stretch of sand known as one of Oahu’s best bodysurfing beaches—and family-friendly Sea Life Park.

We booked a half circle tour and were picked up as promised by Travis, our guide. Turned out it was just us on the tour and as we had already visited some of the intended sites we had a more focussed tour of Real Oahu. Travis was not just a great guide but he has a wealth of knowledge and as a true local knew just where to take us for a genuine Hawaiian experience. From pineapples to local fruit stalls - you have to try the fried banana!!! Visiting fantastic sites on the North Shore albeit too windy for real surf action at the pipeline but great photo op's. We had a real desire for local experiences including local food so ended our tour at a 'real' Hawaiian lunch stop for Lau Lau, Poi and sides. This was a truly magical trip and we want to thank Travis for making it so. Sharon & Gareth (UK)

Guide was fine, but operator lost track of our reservation. So we started late and were crammed into Jeep with two others. Since we stayed on highways, don't see what a Jeep added to the experience.

We had an amazing time on our Oahu Island Tour. Our tour guide was Matt and he was awesome. He was flexible and let us personalize our tour, was very knowledgeable about the island, and felt like an old friend from the moment he picked us up at our hotel. The jeep was such a great way to see the island. We got a great overview and Matt's knowledge of the island, people and customs was impressive. We got some of the most AMAZING pictures. We definitely recommend this tour and be sure to ask for Matt as your guide.
