Our tour was supposed to start at 8:30 (pre-booked and paid months in advance) and be 2 hours in length. It was supposed to include the Brooklyn Bridge. Upon arrival at 8:10 we were told next bus would leave at 9:00 so we sat there for an hour (didn’t start until 9:15) and waited. The trip was only an hour, not 2 hours as advertised and paid for! It did NOT include the Brooklyn bridge or any of the other many sights that would be on that full route! What we saw was good, and the crew was very nice. But, it was not what we were told we would get when we booked, not even close, so we were quite disappointed with the tour as a whole.

Bus tesm could not scan our tickets. It took half anhour to resolve the problem. We missed original bus. They called support, we called support. It was a mess holding long queues. A guy from their staff was pushing us to cancel the trip and buy an all day hop on - hop off option. Somehow they received a new confirmation number and let us go to the next bus. Fun at the end with drama at the beginning.

This is a terrible company. Try the other bus tour company. We booked an open top night tour of New York. It was raining but we were happy to proceed with our ponchos. 10 minutes into the tour, other passengers decided to go downstairs and stand up to avoid the rain. The driver puller over and refused to proceed for safety reasons. After speaking to his head office, the driver said that another bus would come for all those wishing to proceed with the tour. After 40 minutes of getting wet on the stationary open topped bus and with no sign of a replacement bus turning up (even though the driver kept saying it was only 10 minutes away), the driver told us where the nearest subway stop was so that we could find our own way back to Times Square. He said that we could take a note of the bus number and contact customer services to receive a full refund. I messaged Topview customer services and after a couple messages on their website and then a couple of emails, they have said that they will not authorise a refund and have simply offered replacement tickets which are no good to us. I have explained the full chain of events to them and sent photographs of the bus, the bus number, the position where the bus stopped.
