Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
Transfer is within the City Limits of Houston only. Outside the city limits will incur an additional fee based on distance.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

I used them to pick up a guest at IAH. They were easy to book online, then at the airport as scheduled. They were then able to wait for him as he was held up at customers. Great customer service and constant contact, so I would definitely use them again.

I have been working with Majestic for more than a year now on a weekly basis to arrange trips in Houston for my boss. Jesse and Nickie are awesome and so easy to work with for reservations. Weather trapped me on a air trip in Houston. Needed to be in Lake Charles LA for sons surgery next morning at 630am. Tried all kinds of options. Bus rental car cab. Only Nikki at Majestic seemed to care at 1am in morning. She figured out a great option. In a New Cadillac with a great driver. If you are in Houston and need car service, use Majestic. Don
