This is a fantastic tour designed to focus solely on the Grand Canyon, along the way up we drive within the glorious Oak Creek Canyon, pass through Flagstaff, after we will stop for lunch at Cameron Trading post then enter first into the East Gate. We then visit 4 points of interests along the canyon and learn the geology, geography, and history/mystery of the natives and settlers, finally exiting the park at the South Gate. It's biggest advantage is less time spent on tour at stops along the way to obtain a shorter day at a more economical private tour price, we leave later in the morning and get back earlier in the evening(9am-6pm). The tour includes the entrance fee to the park as well as lunch at Cameron trading post.

What To Expect

Oak Creek Canyon

A quick drive and geologic and historical lesson while we travel onto the Colorado Plateau. We discuss the settler history, unique geology and experience a major climate change in less than 20 minutes.

Painted Desert

Experience the wonderful colors of the painted desert while we drive across the Navajo nation to the East entrance of the Park. We talk about how this seemingly barren, yet beautiful land, is home to the oldest group of natives in North America, and the legends that unfold.

Grand Canyon National Park

This is a fantastic tour designed to focus solely on the Grand Canyon. We spend 4-5 hours exploring the rim, discussing the geology, and interpreting the ancient past of Öngtupqa, the great Salt Canyon that holds 13,000 years of mystery. The course of the day consists of 4 stops along the rim, with lunch in between. A short walk along a paved path, and then we make our way back to Sedona after 4 hours of sight seeing.

A break for lunch. As well as the best place to buy native art and see souviners.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Connor was an amazing tour guide. So knowledgeable and engaging. He showed us different view points along the canyon and pointed out the obscure details. Absolutely amazing!! Would HIGHLY recommend and if we’re ever back in Sedona again, we would definitely take this trip with Connor again. Thank you so much for an incredible day!!

The tour was great, we got to see the grandeur of the Grand Canyon from several locations. The tour was not rushed or boring. Connor was very knowledgeable not only about the canyon, its history and the geology but he was also very informed about the area and made the trek a lot more interesting. Overall he was very patient and gave us a lot of information which made the tour that much more enjoyable.
